I recently stayed at the Omni Mont-Royal Hotel and had a wonderful time overall. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfy. However, there were some minor issues with the restaurant service that could be improved. The staff was friendly and genuinely caring, which made my experience nice.

My room on the 24th floor was beautiful and had a stunning view. It was spacious and clean, with a big comfy bed and a nice couch. I appreciated the two mirrors in the bathroom, which are great when getting ready, though I wish they included more amenities like a shower cap.
Service
9.0
The service was friendly and attentive. I had great interactions with staff like Sara(h) at check-in and Giovanni, who recommended a fantastic lunch spot. They made me feel welcomed and valued, which really enhanced my stay.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the edge of the Golden Square Mile, close to McGill University and just steps away from shopping and dining. I could easily explore the area without the need for a car.
Dining

I had breakfast at Le Petit Opus and while some dishes were fresh, the overall menu variety was limited. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed during busy hours, which caused delays and impacted my experience.
Facilities

I didn’t use many facilities like the pool or gym, but I liked the bar setup in the lobby. It was cozy and the bartenders were friendly, making me a great apple martini. However, I was disappointed that the pool was closed during my stay.

I had a lovely stay at Omni Mont-Royal Hotel. The location was fantastic for exploring downtown and Old Town. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, making me feel welcome. One downside was that the outdoor pool wasn't operational during my visit, which was disappointing. Overall, my experience was enjoyable.

The location was great. just a short walk to St Catherine Blvd for shopping and close to many good restaurants and museums. It was great for my touring plans.
Dining

The breakfast offered a good selection, though I wouldn't call it extraordinary. I found the hotel restaurant to be a bit pricey for what was served, but the café next door is a solid alternative for breakfast.
Facilities

The hotel had nice facilities, including a gym and a lively bar on the main level. However, I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was out of commission. Overall, the amenities were good but could improve.

While the service was generally great, I did experience some delays, particularly at breakfast, which could be improved. Overall, the spacious rooms and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable.

The hotel's location is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk to both Old Montreal and Mile End, making it easy to explore the area’s charm and attractions.

While the breakfast options were decent, I would have loved to see more stations for fresh prep, like omelets. The room service was good but a bit pricey for what you get.

The hotel offers many amenities, including a pool and fitness center. I didn't get a chance to enjoy them, but they seemed inviting.

However, I did experience some issues with the dining options and the pool area that detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, shopping, and dining. It's within walking distance to several key spots, making it very convenient to get around.
Dining

While I found the restaurant on the lobby level convenient, the dining experience itself left something to be desired. I noticed it was quite deserted during my visit, and options outside were limited late at night.

The fitness room and outdoor pool area were nice features, although I encountered some issues with access and crowd control at the pool. It was great, but could use better management.
